-
Dramatherapy
Dramatherapy is a medium of psychotherapy that uses creative tools such as embodiment, storytelling, projection, art and movement to explore life and mental health difficulties in a safe and containing way.
-
CBT/DBT
CBT is a talking therapy that looks at your thoughts, feelings, physical sensations and actions to understand how they are interconnected and keeping you in a negative cycle. It focuses on current issues, rather than focussing on issues from your past.
DBT is based upon CBT methods but is specifically adapted for people who feel emotions very intensely.
-
CFT
Compassion focused therapy can either be stand-alone intervention or implemented into other therapeutic methods. It is a therapeutic approach that aims to help those who struggle with shame, self-criticism and anger.
